Every machine we build in Pune, in 3D
Special purpose machines, welding and machining fixtures, manipulators, hydraulic power packs, pick-and-place units and industrial fabrication, all made at our Bhosari works. Each tile is a working model: open one to take it apart, part by part.
Special purpose machines
- Four-pillar hydraulic press: Press for bush fitting, forming and assembly operations. Four hard-chromed pillars keep the ram square through the stroke.
- Drilling SPM: Single-station drilling machine with hydraulic feed. Built for one component so the operator only loads, clamps and starts.
- Bolt press machine: Enclosed pressing station with a rotary index table: bolts are pressed into the component inside a guarded cell with light-curtain access.
- Leak testing machine: Pressure-decay leak tester. The part is sealed in a nest, pressurised and monitored; a pass lights green, a fail is rejected.
- Foil wrapping machine: Wraps foil tape around a component or coil. Two foil reels on tensioned arms feed a wrapping head that orbits the part on a mandrel.
- Steel wool making machine: Draws low-carbon wire across serrated cutters to shave steel wool. Wire feeds from a payoff spool over a cutter head and the wool is collected below.
- Wire decoiler: Motorised turntable that pays off wire or strip coil to a downstream machine without kinking.
- Stud clinching machine: C-frame press that clinches self-clinching studs and nuts into sheet metal. Studs are fed automatically to the punch.
- Pipe cutting machine: Abrasive or cold-saw cutter for tube and pipe with a pneumatic clamp and length stop.
Welding, machining & inspection fixtures
- Welding fixture: Locates sheet-metal parts for tack and seam welding so every assembly comes out to the same dimensions.
- Hydraulic clamping fixture: Machining fixture with hydraulic swing clamps and work supports: one lever clamps every point in sequence.
- Inspection fixture: Checking fixture on a modular table: the part sits on its car-line datums and every feature is checked with gauges and pins.
- Rotary welding fixture: Two-axis positioner: the fixture plate rotates so every seam comes to the torch in the flat position.
- Rotating welding fixture with gearbox: Manual A-frame positioner: a worm gearbox and handwheel rotate the job and hold it at any angle.
- Busbar bending fixture: Bench fixture for bending copper busbar to a set angle and leg length, with the bar clamped on a hardened radius block.
- Pneumatic welding fixture: Welding fixture with pneumatic power clamps on a trolley frame: one valve clamps every point, the fixture rolls to the booth.
- Insulation cutting fixture: Cuts the insulation sleeve on busbar or cable to length without scoring the conductor, using a depth-limited rotary blade.
- Drilling fixture: Drill jig for cross-holes in a shaft: V-blocks locate the shaft and a hinged jig plate with hardened bushes guides the drill.
- Stripping fixture: Strips the sleeve from the end of a cable or busbar: blades close to the conductor diameter and a slide pulls the sleeve off.
- Relation gauge: Checks the relationship between features on an assembly, such as hole-to-face or bracket position, with pins and dial indicators.
Manipulators
- Hydraulic manipulator: Column-mounted articulated arm with a hydraulic lift: moves heavy components between machines with no operator effort.
- Automatic operated manipulator: Pneumatically balanced manipulator with a control handle: the operator guides, the machine carries. Float mode makes a 200 kg part weightless.
- Vacuum manipulator: Suction-pad lifter for sheets, panels and boards: a vacuum pump holds the sheet while the arm tilts it from flat to vertical.
Hydraulic & pneumatic equipment
- Hydraulic power pack: Self-contained power unit: motor, pump, tank, filtration and a valve stack, built to the pressure and flow the machine needs.
- Hydraulic cylinder: Double-acting cylinder, tie-rod or welded, built to your bore, stroke and pressure. Cutaway shows what is inside.
- Pneumatic operated table: Scissor-lift work table raised by a pneumatic bag or cylinder so the operator always works at the right height.
Pick & place units
- Pick & place gantry: Two-axis gantry transferring parts from one conveyor to the next: servo X-axis, pneumatic Z-axis, gripper on the end.
Industrial fabrication
- Heavy machine fabrication: Large shells, bases and frames fabricated and stress-relieved: here a rolled shell on turning rolls with the seam welded by a carriage.
- Industrial trolley: Powder-coated tool and material trolley with a lockable drawer and heavy castors.
- Industrial working table: Assembly workstation with a laminated top, overhead shelf and task light, drawers and a tool rail.
- Welding station: Welding bench with fume extraction, slotted steel top, torch holder, drawers for consumables and a cabinet for the power source.

From our works
Machines and fixtures we have designed and built. Tap a photo to see it full size.
From drawing to production
One team carries your machine from the first discussion through to commissioning, so nothing is lost between design and build.
Requirement
You share the component drawing, material, volumes and target cycle time.
Concept & design
We prepare the machine concept and quotation for your approval.
Build & trial
Fabrication, machining, hydraulics and assembly, then a trial run on your parts.
Delivery
Dispatch, installation and commissioning at your plant on the agreed date.
Built right, delivered on time
Manufacturers come back to us because the machine performs the way it was specified, and it arrives when we said it would.
Not sure which machine you need?
Most jobs start with a problem on the line, not a machine name. Pick the closest one, or send us the drawing and we will suggest the right approach.
Who we build for
Most of our machines go into plants in Bhosari, Chakan, Talegaon, Ranjangaon and the wider Pune industrial belt. These are the sectors we know best and the machines they usually need.
Have a component that needs a machine?
Send the drawing. We will reply with a concept and a quotation.
Before you send a drawing
Short answers to the questions we hear most often on a first call. Anything else, ask us directly.
How long does a special purpose machine take to build?
Typically 6 to 12 weeks from drawing approval, depending on size and hydraulics. Fixtures and dies are usually 2 to 4 weeks. We commit a delivery date in the quotation and plan the build around it.
What do you need from us to quote?
The component drawing or sample, material, the operation you want done, expected output per shift, and any space or power limits on your floor. A photo of the current process helps.
Do you install and commission the machine?
Yes. We trial the machine on your parts at our works, then install and commission it at your plant and train your operators.
What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
Twelve months on manufacturing defects. After that we service and modify machines we have built, and supply spares for hydraulics and tooling.
Can you modify or retool a machine later?
Yes. Most of our SPMs and fixtures are designed so tooling can be changed for a new variant without rebuilding the machine.
Which areas do you serve?
Most customers are in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Chakan, Talegaon and Ranjangaon. We also deliver to plants across Maharashtra and other states on request.
Do you supply hydraulic power packs and cylinders separately?
Yes. Power packs and cylinders are built to your pressure, flow and stroke, with or without a machine.
