Why start with the fixture

A good fixture makes every assembly come out to the same dimensions, whichever operator is on the shift. It is also a practical first order with a new vendor: a smaller job that shows how we work before you commit to a machine.

Fixtures are designed in CAD and built on our VMCs. We check them with a surface plate, slip gauges, height gauges and Mitutoyo instruments, and prove them on your parts before dispatch.
